Materialize Around not working

Issue description
When summmoning the tardis the player is not teleported inside. ( the tardis is not locked and the player is the owner )
Steps to reproduce
Hold tardis key
use summon command for tardis
dont get teleported XD

Mod Loader Platform type
Forge
Mod Loader version
47.3.29
Tardis Refined version
v2.1.5
Other relevant versions
tardis mod version is 2.1.6 unable to select 2.1.6 tho
