Ship Helm Eureka bug

Issue description
This bug can be replicated by having the following mods
Valkerian skies (previous update/current vs is broken entirely and crashes) [2.3.0-beta.6]
As well as the latest Eureka mod which allows you to make ships.
Placing the Tardis on a eureka ship breaks the helm make it unable to be used and as a result fly.
Steps to reproduce
- Download the mods
- Create a small ship with the eureka helm
- Summon the Tardis onto the ship
- Try use the helm again to fly it (it will bring up the gui instead of letting you fly)

I can reproduce it, both on VS 2.3.0 beta 6 and 7. Will take a look!
In the meantime, you can get around it by quiting to the main menu and re-entering the world.
To add onto this issue it seems that any interactive block has a similar issues when the tardis is onboard (such as chairs), you are also unable to enter the tardis when it's on a ship.
