Server wont start when I added this mod which is a shame since I really want to play it

I don't really know too much about reading crash reports, but from what I can gather, I think it might have to do something with create mod if you have it installed. You may have to play around with the versions of each mod to get them compatible, but there's a great likelihood I'm wrong. Create by itself works fine with Tardis refined, but some of the addons seem to glitch out.
