Forge 1.20.1

Any help is appreciated! Whenever I open the tarot deck using right click, it will open an inventory where it displays items from my backpack. When I move the items, it duplicates them. Crouch+right click works normally, but I want to avoid the duplication of items since we are on a server and some players may abuse it.

I'm having the exact same issue ^

Edit: It seems to be some mod incompatibility. I will update soon with more details.
Edit 2: I can't seem to isolate the issue but crouching and right clicking fixes the issue since it's not being equipped. It seems to be an issue with the Accessories mod
