Add Mutant Monsters Support

I'm probably not going to do this. It doesn't really add much. Just some sorta hidden abilities. There isn't much info on the mod, and I'm not entirely sure how a player is supposed to discover the niche items. They didn't even bother providing tooltips to the items. I mean I had to read code to see what the things even were. Like wearing the skeleton helmet and it gives a crit on jump attack with the bow ... how is a player supposed to even know this exists?
