As pictured here the modifier does not add armor or toughness

So I've tested this as well and it's actually broken in a different way.

First of all it worked for me. That modifier added 5 armor and 1 armor toughness, also 100% swim speed.

But now the broken part: When I took that armor off I lost the 100% swim speed correctly, but I never lost the armor and armor toughness bonus. I now have them permanently even without wearing any armor. Relogging didn't fix it.

So yes, something is broken about this. The question is just in which way.
