Issue Details:
The Electric Alloy Furnace is not obtainable. The Electric Alloy Furnace requires a TR machine block (which is disabled and is normally oredicted to the IC2 machine block)

The normal Alloy Furnace requires only IC2 plates (which aren't obtainable without power machines, perhaps this is intended).

I've uploaded a script to pastebin here that properly oredicts both machine recipes.
