A month or 2 ago there was issue about plates requiring 9 ingots, but yet 9 plates requiring a single block, the former being the issue. The issue was fixed for metal plates, but not for Gem Plates:

There's also this small issue:

I cannot even remove it with CraftTweaker.

Now a new issue arose: All Blocks give a single Plate:

This is the issue that I needed fixed and it's still not fixed :(
