Using the latest version of TR and CraftTweaker+ModTweaker.
If you remove the outputs of the scrapboxes, in this case it was Hot Tungstensteel Nuggets and Tungstensteel Nuggets, (to prevent skipping end-game tier EBF use), the items show as no longer dropping from scrap boxes in JEI. Yet when used, the scrap boxes still drop disabled items.
