Chainsaws don't affect some blocks

All chainsaws dont affect some wooden blocks. The speed of breaking is like we break them by hand.
Problem blocks:
- Wood Slabs: oak, dark oak, spruce, acacia, jungle, birch
- Wood Stairs: the same as slabs, all types
- Fences: all
- Fence gates: all
- Doors: all
- Oak Trapdoor
- Sign
- Crafting Table
- Jukebox
- Note Block
