TechReborn batteries have a buggy behavior.

This battery box was full when I inserted this battery in it. And the battery was empty of course! But the problem is that the battery stores 40k RF but the battery box only lost 11k RF. So when you charge your battery and then discharge it over and over again, you create energy from nothing.
