Ores don't generate in Extra Utilities 2 Deep Dark

None of the Tech Reborn ores seem to generate in the Deep Dark. I'm guessing that this is an issue on Tech Reborn's end, since ores from other mods (e.g. NuclearCraft, Applied Energistics, Forestry, etc) seem to generate without issue.
