Fusion Control Computer Not Outputting Power

TechReborn Version: TechReborn-1.12.2-2.16.0.746-universal.jar
Minecraft Version: 1.12.2

I am unable to get power flowing through the top or the bottom of the Fusion Control Computer.

Power input through the back is working and the machine is at max power.

Tried replacing the Fusion Control Computer and the Fusion Coils with no success.

Added more fuel to the Fusion Control Computer and it instantly worked after that.
