Medium and higher tech machines should only progress when they get right energy amount

GregTech MV+ machines used to not run until they got the right energy amount and lost progress when they lost input energy.
TechReborn currently will run on any energy up to the max. IMO this should be changed to not progress as long as the required energy is below the machine tier (excact could be hard to achieve).
Right now a machine will only progress on its crafting tick if it has enough power, if not it will wait untill it does.
What could be done is if the machine does not have enough power, the crafting ticker gets reset to 0, its easily added just not sure if we want it or not,
Yeah.. I dont think its worth changing it? Could possibly slow the machine down a lot if this happens?
All recipes power requirements should be less than the max input of the machine, that sounds like some that needs tweaking.
