Placing Hydrogen Cells in an Industrial Centrifuge should consume 4 hydrogen and produce 1 Deuterium and 3 empty cells. My current setup produces 1 Deuterium and 3 empty cells but only consumes 1 Hydrogen, effectively quadrupling the cells.

Edit: Same issue happens with Deuterium -> Tritium, only 1 cell is consumed but 1 Tritium and 3 Empty Cells are produced.
