[1.14] Various problems with some item names/tooltips

- 'Rubber Wood Plank Stairs' are missing the s on the end. (They are currently 'Stair', not 'Stairs' -- Same goes for the ID)
- Creative solar panels tooltip says it has a max storage of -1.152kE which doesnt really make sense, how does something store negative energy?
- Double space in the name of "Rubber Wood Plank Slab"
- Stripped Rubber Wood Logs and Emerald Nuggets dont have a localised name
