[1.14] Issues with hitboxes on lamps and cables

- Incandescent and LED Lamps have a full block bounding box despite not being full blocks. Alarms, which are a similar shape, do not have this issue.
- Unlike in 1.12.2, cable's bounding boxes stay as a cube, rather than adjusting to fit the shape/appearance of a cable. So it means on the smaller cables (uninsulated and glass fibre) you can fall through them, even thought it looks like a straight fully connected line.
