Describe the bug
When you try to fill only one empty cell with water, it just disappear.
Happens when your item bar is full and you got no water cell in your bag or item bar to stack the new water cell.
If your item bar is not full, you'll get a filled cell with water in the first empty slot of your item bar.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Clear your bag
• Put one empty cell in your item bar, and fill the rest slots with anything except water cells
• Right click on water to try fill your empty cell
• The empty cell disappear, with no water cell in your bag or item bar.

• Minecraft: 1.15.1
• Mod Loader: fabric loader 0.7.3+build.176
• Fabric API: 0.4.27+build.286
• Reborn Core: 4.1.0+build.67
• Tech Reborn: 3.2.1+build.107
