Crash with TechReborn and REI

Describe the bug
Not sure if this is caused by TechReborn or REI but I thought I would report it. When you open REI and scroll through the pages one of the techreborn ones will crash you. I even tried the builds off of the jenkins but those crash as well.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open REI
- Scroll until techreborn items and keep going
- Crash
Environment (please complete the following information with the version):
- Minecraft: 1.15.2
- Mod Loader: fabric
- TechReborn 1.15-3.3.1+build.170
- RebornCore 1.15-4.2.1+build.95
- RoughlyEnoughItems-3.3.15

Additional context
Only crashes once you get to a certain REI page that has some techreborn item on it
