Describe the bug
When mined with iron or advanced drills, they just don't discharge

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Get an iron or an advanced drill
• Try mining then look at it's energy values

I made interface small to so you can see that I mined with it in the background

Environment (please complete the following information with the version):

• Minecraft: 1.15.1
• Mod Loader: fabric
• Mod Version: 1.15-3.3.1 build 172 (latest successful on jenkins by now) (and 170 as well)

Logs

• No logs required

Additional context

• I believe I noticed it when updated from build 158 to 167, the bug presists since then.
