Describe the bug
Due to the ability to smelt down iron objects with several other mods such as Tinkers Construct and Thermal Expansion, the recipes to produce items such as iron pressure plates and iron bars in the Rolling machine allow for smelting these items down to get more iron then you put in.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1: Produce any iron item with the rolling machine
2:Using a Tinker's Smeltery or Induction Furnace with the mods I described above, Smelt down the item that you made
3: Repeat and pull out the extra iron you made

May Happen with other mods and I realize that mod conflicts aren't the main focus but they can happen so even a way to remove these "dupe recipes" in the config would fix this.

Isn't this the purpose of CraftTweaker?
