When attempting to build Industrial grinder, the multi-block doesn't work. The configuration is correct. I have confirmed it through the wiki, the hologram in-game, and YouTube. I have also tested the blast furnace multi-block and it works fine. They are separate I have tried making it free floating so it isn't touching any other blocks and still does not work correctly. I tried building the blocks first and then placing the grinder, and vice-versa.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Build each layer of multi-block according to wiki.
Place industrial grinder face in correct spot.
Right click industrial grinder to open GUI.
GUI says Incomplete Multiblock.
