Uninsulated wires damage the player even after getting disconnected

Describe the bug
If one disconnects an uninsulated cable from any source of active power, the cable is still able to (infinitely) damage the player
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 - Place a source of energy
2 - Place any amount of uninsulated cables, connected to the power source
3 - Break the cable chain somewhere to disconnect the power source
4 - (In survival) walk up to the disconnected part of cable chain

- Minecraft: 1.16.1
- Mod Loader: Fabric (0.8.8+build.202)
- Fabric API: 0.14.0+build.371-1.16
- RebornCore: 4.3.4+build.local
- Tech Reborn: 3.4.5+build.local
