A fully overclocked industrial grinder can't be fed liquid fast enough for processing. This causes processing to stall while a 1000mb reserve is built up.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upping the transfer speed of tanks would solve this issue. To give higher tiers of tanks extra value, higher tiers could get a higher throughput limit.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Connecting multiple tanks to an industrial grinder is an option, but presents a logistical problem.
Two faces are already in use, one for power and one for the multiblock connection. This leaves 4 faces, of which 2 are most likely in use by chests or other means to import & export items. Even a single extra tank would not have enough throughput to keep the industrial grinder running without stalling.
