Quantum Leggings zoom effect & 1.16.2 FOV Effects off

Describe the bug
The Quantum Leggings cause a zoom-in effect that doesn't play nice with the new setting in 1.16.2 to disable FOV Effects.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • In Accessibility Settings -> FOV Effects -> Move slider all the way to the left
  • Equip the Quantum Leggings
