Describe the bug
The TechReborn Wiki states that the drill can be used as a replacement for pickaxe and shovel. But it digs the dirt as if by hand and only stone-like blocks digs good.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Try to dig a dirt with drill
• Try to dig a piston, hopper etc. with drill
