Describe the bug
Using cells, you can duplicate fluids by placing them in a machine and then swapping it with another liquid.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Place fluid into a machine, and then take it out so there is a full liquid cell in the fluid output slot.
• Place another kind of fluid into the machine, and the empty cells that normally would have been outputted become the first liquid.
