"Empty Cell" output and input slots for chemical reactor

The way the chemical reactor currently works with fluids is by combining 2+ cells into a single output. Some recipes (compressed air + hydrogen = water) combine them in a 1+1=1 manner, essentially voiding cells.
Others (1 glyceryl + 1 carbon = 5 nitrocoal fuel) end up with more cells than before.
To create stable, self sustaining cycles in regards to cells one would have to provide additional cells, or get them as an additional output, depending on recipe.
