Describe the bug
I let the recycler fill up on scrap because of the auto-crafting locking bug and came back to it sitting at 2500% progress and showing way more than should be rendered from the UI texture. Once like this, the progress bar does not reset, even if you take out the scrap or remove all input from the machine. Only picking up the machine and placing it back down will wipe out the setting.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Place a chest full of cobblestone next to recycler
• Auto-input from chest
• Allow the output slot to fill up with scrap
