In the Fusion Control Computer GUI, the buttons for small step down and large step down are reversed.
When clicking the single arrow down button you are jump a few steps down, and when clicking the double arrow down you move one step down.

Found in 1.16.5 w/ 3.8.4+build.236

Likely just a simple copy/paste mistake in the code, as the other machines with the same GUI operate as expected.
