TR ores no longer accepted in vanilla blast furnace

TR ores (tin, silver, etc.) are not accepted by the vanilla blast furnace and will not smelt to ingot form if placed inside one.
Notably, Sheldonite Ore does smelt inside the vanilla blast furnace, but it's the only ore that the vanilla blast furnace will accept.

  • Running Minecraft version 1.17
  • Reproducible with only TechReborn and REI

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Put ore from TR into vanilla blast furnace (that isn't sheldonite ore)
  • Put any fuel item into vanilla blast furnace that it would accept, such as coal
  • Marvel at the lack of blasting or furnacing

Ore will smelt fine in the plain vanilla furnace.

A similar issue was first brought up in #2037, and appears to have been closed with #2039 in the 1.15 version, but the issue seems to exist in 1.17 regardless.
