Describe the bug
The industrial chunkloader doesn't seem to be working. When I press the "Toggle Loaded Chunks" button, then look around, I don't see the red lines like I did in 1.16.5 that indicated that a chunk was affected by the chunkloader. Furthermore, I placed one at spawn in my singleplayer world where I have a AE2 storage set up with a quantum link, set the value to 15, and went home and set up the second quantum link, but it's showing that the spawn chunk isn't loaded. When I set up the second quantum link at spawn, it works just fine.

• Place an industrial chunkloader
• Set the value
• Set up something that should run afk
• Leave the loaded area
• Come back some time later
