You could make an argument that this is fine behaviour, but I would argue that you are more likely to need the other way around, ie getting the unit with the wrench instead of putting the wrench in, and that should be prioritised. Also accessing the unit while no wrench in hand still allows you to place a wrench inside using the unit GUI
