When a block breaker is breaking a block, it allows the block to be duplicated without breaking the block

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Place a block breaker anywhere in your world facing a block
• Break the block breaker and see a duplicated block drop onto the ground

I've also noticed that this bug allows non obtainable blocks to be obtained such as bedrock and mob spawners
