Describe the bug
If the block breaker is broken before it breaks a block a duplicate of the block it was breaking is inside the block breaker. This has been exploited in my server as it duplicates blocks.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

• Place Block Breaker
• Power Block Breaker
• Place block in front of Block Breaker
• Mine the Block Breaker before it breaks the block
