When Tech Reborn, and REI are on a dedicated server, it will fail to launch.

Install Tech Reborn and Reborn Core

• Mod Loader: Fabric 1.16.10

Alright, from the looks of it tags might be screwed up but i don't know if that was from Tech Reborn or REI being uncooperative.

Currently 1.21.4 is still in beta version. If you encounter any problems, please raise an issue.

This appeared to fix the issue, server launches successfully.

I will release a new beta version later and incorporate some language translations. You can go to curseforge to download.
