Describe the bug
Oil fluid when generating lacks properties when interacting with it. It is also very difficult to locate, and does not generate very much.

Steps to Reproduce
Load new world, find Oil. -6617420018072887588 Seed to world I use, Oil Located at x: 376 y: 80 z: 1178`

I emptied it and it is a pretty good amount of oil, so that should be fine.
