[Fabric 1.20.1] End ores don't spawn in all end biomes

Describe the bug
It only seems to allow #c:is_end_island or #c:is_small_end_island, as well as minecraft:the_end and minecraft:end_barrens, but this excludes biomes added by other mods. Instead, it should be using #minecraft:is_end

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add Tech Reborn
  • Add Better End
  • Notice TR ores don't spawn in BE biomes

I also tried figuring out how to fix this with a datapack but couldn't find a way to do it.
