Modifying the solar panel configs in the 'generators.json' file does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Launch Minecraft to generate the default config file
• Modify the solar panel configuration in the "generators.json" config file
• Restart the game
• The solar panel behavior remains unchanged
