Describe the bug
As referenced in #2825 already the battery storage doesn't update a comparator by itself
The only current work around is having a redstone clock next to the comparator ticking it.
Interestingly enough the BatBox WORKS as intended.
MFE, MFSU and Interdimensional SU tested as not working in 5.8.12

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Place an Interdimensional SU
• Charge it to whatever charge
• Place a comparator
• Discharge or keep charging
• Comparator output wont change unless updated by player via rightclick or ticks via redstone input

Interdimensional SU is full, but comparator doesn't output strength 15

After updating the comparator (e.g. by manually rightclicking twice) it emits 15 strength instead

Environment (please complete the following information with the version):

• Minecraft: 1.20.1 (using Prominence 2 Modpack), and also just tested with just tech reborn installed
• Mod Loader: Fabric
• Tech Reborn 5.8.8, but still persists in 5.8.12

Additional info
Prominence 2 uses Tech Reborn 5.8.8 but I just also tested on a clean install of tech reborn 5.8.12, where the bug still persists.
