Muffler upgrades don't work in electric furnaces

Describe the bug
Placing the Muffler upgrade in the upgrade slot of a electric furnace did not silence it as expected
Environment (please complete the following information with the version):
- Minecraft: 1.21.6
- Mod Loader: Fabric 0.16.14
- Tech Reborn 5.14.1
