I run tectonic and terralith on a server (as mods not datapacks) and enabled increased_height in the config/tectonic.json. Why is the build height still limited to y=320. I tried it in a single player world and the same limitation occured. I really want to be able to build stuff on high mountains :)

Having same issue myself. Only present on a server. The datapack doesnt seem to be applied.

What mod-loader were you guys on? (Fabric/(Neo)Forge, etc.)
