I tried multiple worlds, and yet it doesn't seem like Volcanic Craters from Terralith can spawn. From checking on reddit and other places, other people seem to also have this issue.

Known quirk of Terratonic, as the mountain shaping needed for volcanic crater + other crater-like biomes doesn't exist. Not likely to be fixed.
