The Tectonic mod, when installed with Continents, overrides it and generates terrain as if only Tectonic was installed.

Yup, noticed the same.

Curiously, I noticed that Tectonic mod adds Tectonic datapack to the created worlds, and the datapack says that it's incompatible with the current version of Minecraft.

I'm running 1.21.4.

Yeah, me too. I'm really to love both this mods. It will be super, if mod-version "Tectonic" will compability "Continents".
