I'm running terratonic and I got these console logs, is it comming from your datapack or from something else?

That's coming from a separate datapack or a command block running a /fill command. Not caused by Terratonic

if I remove your datapack, will the world be still playable?

Yesn't. You can remove Terratonic and the world will revert to pure Terralith terrain, but you can't remove Terralith because the game will freak out over Terralith biomes not existing when you try to open the world.
