Telepads transporting me into the ground

Currently running this mod on 1.10.2 and when i use the telepads i get transported into the ground under them rather than on top

Problem happens most reliably when trying to teleport to or from somewhere underground

Actually seems to be an issue with any major change in Y axis

Tried with both the latest and recommended forge with this being the only mod loaded and am able to reproduce
