Minor issue, easily resolved on my end, just inconvenient.
Ran the command:
/tellme dump-csv blocks
Output:
blocks-csv_2017-07-19_09.59.36.txt

Figured I'd drop a heads up. All I had to do was change the extension to .csv and it gave me exactly what I expected otherwise.
