Description

After entering the death screen,
when pressing the "respawn" button,
the game crashes and your world gets stuck in the death screen.

The only way of "fixing it" for me to be able to use the Fate/Unlimited Block Works mod, was to use the 1.21.1-2.2.1 version of Tenshilib,

so I am using that on my server now.

Steps to reproduce

1. Step one: Create a new survival world and enter into it.
2. Step two: Die in game, for example by drowning in water.
3. Step three: When entering the death screen, press on the "respawn" button.
4. Step four: The game crashes.
5. Extra steps: You can re-open the game and enter the world, but are stuck in the death screen to respawn crash cycle.

Mods that might affect the issue

I was suspecting other mods, but I made a new pack in CurseForge, installed Tenshilib only, died, pressed respawn, and that alone would crash the game.
