Similar to world edit, it would be nice to have the ability to add an optional argument to the end of the export command to ignore air when exporting an object.

This has already been discussed and will probably not be implemented, since Structure Void blocks can be used during export, or if you forget to use void blocks you can very easily do a find-replace operation in the script file in post.
