What's the issue you encountered?

When TerraBlender is installed, the small end islands biome is not generated at all.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Look around the end in creative flight or try the /locate biome minecraft:small_end_islands command.

Using neoforge-21.1.31, not tested with other mod loaders.
The config file is the default setting.
